We built the CardXChange as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by CardXChange at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your Device settings.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Authentication Services :
Our app offers sign-in with Google and sign-in with Apple options. When you use these authentication methods, we receive basic profile information including your email address. We use this information solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account within our app.
Referral Program:
Our app includes a referral system that allows users to invite others and earn VIP membership rewards. When you participate in our referral program:
- We collect and store referral codes you generate and share
- We track successful referrals when new users enter your invitation code within 24 hours of account creation
- We maintain referral counts to determine reward eligibility (3, 7, or 15 successful referrals for 1 month, 1 year, or lifetime VIP membership respectively)
- VIP membership benefits include ad-free experience and priority customer support
- Referral data is retained to prevent abuse and ensure fair reward distribution
- You can view your referral status and history within the app
Both the referrer and referred user's information is processed to validate and credit successful referrals.
Chat and Communication Features:
CardXChange includes in-app messaging functionality to facilitate safe trading between users:
- We collect and store chat messages exchanged between users
- Chat data is processed to enable real-time communication for trading coordination
- Messages are stored to maintain conversation history and provide context for trades
- We may monitor communications to detect and prevent fraudulent activity or policy violations
- Users can report inappropriate messages through our reporting system
- Chat data may be reviewed in cases of reported abuse or disputes
- We do not share your private messages with third parties except as required by law or to investigate reported violations
We recommend users avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the chat system.
Types of Data Collected :
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
